I am the owner of a small business where we help our clients with their To-Do-Lists. As the Chief Elf Officer, it is my job to lead my team of Elfs to achieve a high level of excellence when serving our clients. Our services range from, but are not limited to, help with organization, deep cleaning, packing, holiday decorating, interior designing, landscaping, basic home maintenance, party planning, social media marketing, graphic design/advertising, personal shopping, spring cleaning and more. I manage a team of six project based Elf and match their different skill sets to specific jobs. My responsibilities also include calendar management, quality assurance, custom service communication, project followup, marketing, finances, client data-base, web-development, and writing, training, and enforcing proper Elf procedures.

Worked as a representative and print broker. Held a wholesale account with Printing Tech which I used to re-sale printing as a freelance graphic designer. Handled the company's design overload and special projects that required heavy graphic elements and conceptual designs instead of simple typesetting. Designed, created and updated websites using Dreamweaver and Front Page that were subcontracted through Printing Tech. Did market surveying and worked with outside salesmen on their pricing structure.

Designed brilliant signage using a wide variety of print media, different vinyl styles and digital printing. Operated and maintained a large format Solvent Printer, a large format Flatbed Printer and a large format UV Printer; all used to print directly on media surfaces and vinyl. Became skillful and productive in Adobe Creative Suite 3, Onyx Rip, Omega Composer and Cyrious Estimating & Business software. Assisted in production by vinyl weeding, taping, registration, application, and color theory. Worked inside sales, entered work orders, maintained customer data bases, and handled weekly marketing.
